Our Cancellation Policy: We require
a 24 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment without charge.
A
48 hour notice is required for cancellation of any PamperPackage or for groups of three or more.
Please Arrive at least ten minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment. Should you arrive late, we will make every possible
effort to accommodate you during the remaining time of your scheduled
appointment.
Peace and Quiet are essential elements of a relaxing spa experience.
Therefore, we ask that you please turn your cell phones and pagers off
and store them in your locker.
Privacy and Modesty: Our spa therapists are sensitive to privacy
issues. They will explain what to expect and respect your privacy at
all times.
Your Satisfaction Is Guaranteed: It is our goal to provide the
highest quality of service. If you have any suggestions or were in any
way dissatisfied, please let us know.
Gratuities are always appreciated. We will be happy to assist you in
calculating the appropriate gratuity for any service. An 18% gratuity
is automatically added to all PamperPackages.
We Accept all major credit cards and are open 7 days a week for your
convenience. Open late Tuesday through Thursday. Men’s Night-Monday.
Corporate and Group Rates are available. Call our Group Coordinator
at ext. 221 to plan your special event. Catering is available.

convenience. Please leave all valuables at home.
To prolong the benefits of your services at FACES DaySpa, our private
label SignatureSkincare, CustomColour Makeup and HomeSpa bath products
are available for your home care. We are also proud to feature Murad,
Eminence Organics, Osea, Strivectin, Freeze 24/7, Nickel for Men,
Creed fragrances, and OPI.
We offer series pricing on all of our services as follows: 20% off a
series of 12 treatments or buy 5 treatments and get the 6th one free.
